1. Agreement and Scope
By voluntarily participating in any poll on the 8848.live website, you ("Participant") unconditionally agree to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement covers your poll responses (Opinion Data) and your location data (Geolocation Data).
2. Collection of Data
You acknowledge and explicitly consent to the collection of the following:
- Your Opinion Data as provided in your poll responses.
- Your Geolocation Data (your approximate location) at the time of each submission.
3. Unrestricted Right to Use and Distribute Data
By submitting data, you grant the 8848.live team a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, and fully transferable and sublicensable license to:
- Store, analyze, and interpret all collected Opinion Data and Geolocation Data.
- Distribute, publish, and otherwise use the raw data and/or any resulting analysis, reports, or interpretations.
This grant is unrestricted and permits distribution to the general public, to any stakeholders, or to any other parties the 8848.live team deems appropriate, without any compensation or further obligation to you.
4. Waiver of Location Restriction
You expressly agree that the 8848.live team's rights to collect, use, and distribute your data are absolute and not limited by your place of residence, citizenship, or the geographical location from which you submit your poll responses.
